Paul Kamau

Network Projects Manager  |  Jan 2017 – Present

Paul Kamau has served as Stepman’s Network Projects Manager since January 2017, steering the company’s structured cabling and ICT projects from initial scope and goal-setting through to final delivery. He works closely with engineers on the implementation of switches, firewalls and routers, keeping every network running at its best, and acts as the key link between technical teams, vendors and business units throughout a project’s lifecycle. Paul is quick to spot roadblocks and put mitigation plans in place, while keeping a close eye on budgets, vendor contracts and cost-effective delivery. He maintains thorough project documentation, from status reports to technical records, and leads cross-functional teams through network upgrades, expansions and optimizations with a strong focus on performance metrics.

Titus Kiragu Thuo

Chief Financial Officer  |  Jan 2022 – Present

Titus Kiragu Thuo has served as Stepman’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2022, leading the company’s financial planning and analysis, from preparing budgets and forecasts to building financial models and tracking performance against targets. He oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and serves as the key liaison between finance, executive management, auditors and business units. Titus is proactive in identifying financial and operational risks and putting mitigation plans in place, while keeping close control over expenditure, vendor and supplier contracts and cost-effective operations. He maintains accurate financial records, audit trails and policy documentation, and leads and mentors the finance team, driving continuous improvements in process and reporting accuracy.
